1. Order Processing & Production Lead Times
Dispatch timelines depend on whether your order consists of ready-to-ship catalog stock or bespoke manufacturing:

Standard inventory including 80mm POS billing rolls, 57mm EDC card swipe rolls, plain 4×6 direct thermal shipping labels, and standard A4 copier reams are dispatched within 1-2 business days upon payment confirmation.
3 to 7 Business Days
Custom-printed paper rolls, bespoke barcode label dies, serialized jewelry/diamond tags, and branded paper bags require 3-7 days for cylinder setup, slitting, flexographic printing, and QC packaging.

3. Commercial Freight Models & Delivery Modes
To provide maximum flexibility for bulk B2B procurement, we offer standard commercial transport options:
- To-Pay / Bilty System (Recommended for Bulk Buyers): Goods are handed over to your preferred national or regional transport operator (e.g., V-Trans, TCI Freight, ARC, Patel Roadways, Safechem, or local Gujarat parcel services). The Lorry Receipt (LR / Bilty) is forwarded to you upon dispatch, and freight is paid directly by you at your destination godown or doorstep.
- Prepaid Freight (Doorstep Delivery): For clients preferring an all-inclusive single invoice, transport freight is calculated based on volumetric/actual weight and billed directly on your Tax Invoice.
- Local Surat Delivery: Free or nominal tempo drops are provided for commercial orders delivered to Surat diamond hubs (SDB, Mahidharpura), textile market complexes, and industrial estates meeting minimum quantity criteria.
- Full Truckload (FTL) & Dedicated Fleet: Scheduled placement of dedicated 14ft, 19ft, 22ft, or 32ft multi-axle container vehicles directly from our warehouse to your regional distribution centers.
4. Industrial Packaging & Moisture Protection
Thermal paper and adhesive label rolls are sensitive to humidity and physical impact during transit. Every consignment follows export-grade packaging protocols:
- Moisture-Barrier Shrink Bundles: Thermal rolls are shrink-wrapped in sets of 5 or 10 using high-density polyolefin wrap to prevent atmospheric moisture ingress.
- Heavy-Duty Corrugated Cartons: Heavy 5-ply or 7-ply virgin kraft master boxes with reinforced corner tape to withstand multi-tier stacking.
- Strap Sealing & Palletization: Master boxes are strapped with polypropylene tension banding and stretch-film wrapped on wooden/plastic pallets for FTL and export containers.
5. Statutory Documentation & E-Way Bill Compliance
Every consignment leaves our facility with complete regulatory paperwork to ensure zero detention at state border checkpoints:
- GST Tax Invoice: Detailed itemization with specific HSN codes (e.g., 4811, 4819, 4821) and your verified GSTIN.
- Government E-Way Bill: Generated and validated for all consignments exceeding statutory thresholds before transporter pickup.
- Lorry Receipt (LR / Bilty): Documenting consignee details, vehicle registration number, and carton count.
